Pomona Middle School offers a wide variety of interscholastic sports for both boys and girls. A complete listing of sports is available by clicking on the individual seasons on this page. In order to participate in a sport, each student must meet the district's Interscholastic Athletics Eligibility Regulations. (click on the link below)A student must sign up to participate prior to the start of the season. Announcements for sign up will be made during Physical Education classes. Each student who wishes to participate in a sport must get a green form, have it completed, and return it to the school nurse. The nurse will then notify the student if he/she needs a physical. Students may elect to have a school physical or a physical from their personal doctor. The student, once signed up, may try out for a team.
